As a key member of our C-suite Strategy Council, you'll collaborate with global R&D teams, partner with Fortune 500 clients, and publish proprietary trend reports that shape our product innovation pipeline. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion dollar investment decisions and shape our sustainable technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market paradigms pre-2026
- Develop quantitative models predicting industry disruption vectors across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Author executive-level strategic briefings for board members and C-suite stakeholders
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with global teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic positioning
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Proficiency with predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Tableau)
- Track record of influencing C-level strategy with data-driven foresight
- Experience in patent portfolio development and IP strategy
- Fluency in strategic frameworks like STEEP or PESTLE analysis
