Responsibilities
- Lead predictive trend analysis for 2026 market disruptions across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients using proprietary HorizonScan™ methodology
- Present strategic foresight briefings to C-suite executives at quarterly innovation summits
- Author white papers published in the Journal of Future Studies (Q1 2026 special issue)
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy training program
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab on emerging technology validation studies
- Design and maintain the 2026 Impact Index for global risk assessment
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of trend prediction with 85%+ accuracy rate
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published research in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in Python for trend modeling and Tableau for data visualization
- Experience presenting to executive audiences at TEDx or similar forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from AC/FS or equivalent
