What You'll Achieve:

- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive foresight methodologies including trend analysis, scenario planning, and Delphi techniques
- Produce strategic foresight reports and innovation frameworks for C-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into product development pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 2026 strategic priorities
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socio-cultural disruptions affecting long-term strategy
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Communicate complex future scenarios through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented strategy implementations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (preferred)
