Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across tech, economics, and social domains to forecast 2026+ trends
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Translate complex foresight into actionable strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Publish thought leadership reports and keynote at industry conferences
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech startups
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of trend analysis in tech-driven industries
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with Delphi methods and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight projects
- Strong proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and qualitative research
