Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and economic uncertainty
- Deliver executive-level presentations to C-suite stakeholders on future opportunities
- Pioneer proprietary forecasting methodologies using proprietary data platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and analytical rigor
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from foresight.org)
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
