- Produce actionable strategic roadmaps translating future scenarios into near-term business initiatives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies with 3-7 year adoption windows
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder presentations on future trends and implications
- Build and maintain proprietary foresight databases using advanced analytics and machine learning
- Drive innovation pipeline development for next-generation product and service concepts
- Represent the organization at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of emerging technology landscapes (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong publication record in foresight journals or industry white papers
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies including weak signal detection and trend analysis
