- Collaborate with R&D teams on prototyping future-state solutions
- Establish KPIs for tracking exponential technology adoption curves
- Mentor junior futurists using structured foresight methodologies
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into business strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related discipline
