Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats for 2026
- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework for organizational decision-making
- Produce high-impact scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into business operations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
