- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and strategic roadmaps with quantified impact assessments
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and emerging technology startups
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives to embed future-thinking capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at executive/board level
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (articles, books, whitepapers)
