Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and translate insights into strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market disruptions
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business operations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future demand
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and foresight techniques
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with scenario modeling and horizon scanning
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Methodology (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects
