Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026 technological disruptions
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces using holographic displays and brain-computer interfaces
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and IEEE global innovation summits
- Advose on regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and genetic editing technologies
- Build a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and venture capitalists
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 10+ years in strategic foresight roles at Fortune 100 or top-tier tech firms
- Published peer-reviewed research on technological singularity or human augmentation
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (STEEP-EL, Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, neural coding, and synthetic biology
- Experience advising governments on 4IR policies (World Economic Forum preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of at least three successful 5-year technology forecasts
