Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise software implementations
- Coordinate between New York development teams and Pennsylvania infrastructure specialists
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using Agile methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across multiple geographic locations
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Mentor junior project managers and develop team leadership capabilities
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive IT project management experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record managing cross-state teams and remote collaboration
- Expertise in Jira, Microsoft Project, and Asana
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to travel between NY and PA offices (10% time)
