Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot local and cloud-based applications and operating systems.
- Configure and maintain desktop environments, printers, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate support tickets.
- Train end-users on new software tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency in networking concepts, troubleshooting, and remote support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different office locations.
