Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to foster a culture of innovation.
- Define technical roadmaps and make critical architectural decisions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, perform system audits, and ensure best practices are followed across the development lifecycle.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and cloud-native solutions to optimize performance.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
