Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Suite)
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization
