Responsibilities

- Manage $1M+ annual marketing budget with ROI-focused optimization
- Mentor and develop a team of 5 marketing specialists through performance coaching
- Analyze market trends and consumer data to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure brand consistency
- Present campaign performance to executive stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams and complex campaigns
