Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hyper-local marketing campaigns targeting Baltimore job seekers and employers
- Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to rank for 'local jobs near me' searches in Maryland
- Manage content creation for job boards, social media, and local business partnerships
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and local market data
- Coordinate with California-based teams to maintain cross-regional brand consistency
- Build relationships with Baltimore Chamber of Commerce and local business associations
- Implement geotargeted advertising strategies for Maryland and California markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with local market focus
- Proven expertise in SEO/SEM and location-based advertising
- Experience managing multi-state marketing campaigns (MD/CA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of Baltimore's local business landscape
- Excellent written communication skills for local audience engagement
- Ability to work in collaborative hybrid environment (3 days office/2 days remote)
