- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns targeting job seekers in Illinois and California
- Optimize SEO strategies for 'jobs near me' and location-based job searches
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging job markets and skill demands
- Manage partnerships with local chambers of commerce and community organizations
- Create compelling content highlighting full-time opportunities in target regions
- Collaborate with product team to enhance location-based job discovery features
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives for key Illinois and California markets
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital marketing with proven experience in location-based campaigns
- Expertise in SEO/SEM tools and local search optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics platforms
- Excellent written communication and content creation abilities
- Experience managing recruitment marketing or job board platforms
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems
- Understanding of Illinois and California labor markets preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
