Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Software Engineer to support our 24/7 operations. You will be responsible for maintaining our core platforms, ensuring system uptime, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality code for our primary software products.
- Monitor system performance and logs during the night shift to resolve any anomalies immediately.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security protocols.
- Collaborate with Day Shift engineering teams to plan releases and technical roadmaps.
- Document technical requirements, architecture, and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience working in a Night Shift or 24/7 support environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
