- Lead a cross-functional team in integrating quantum processors with classical neural networks.
- Conduct research into error correction, qubit stability, and decoherence mitigation for industrial applications.
- Architect secure, high-throughput systems capable of handling petabyte-scale datasets.
- Mentor junior researchers and define technical roadmaps for future system evolution.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate quantum research into market-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Deep Learning or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and advanced optimization techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
