Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum computing solutions using superconducting qubits.
- Lead the implementation of quantum error correction protocols to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers to optimize qubit coherence times.
- Develop high-fidelity simulation tools and quantum algorithms for real-world applications.
- Define the technical roadmap for post-quantum cryptography migration.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to the technical vision of the company.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Expert proficiency in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and error mitigation techniques.
- Strong leadership experience in managing technical teams and complex projects.
