Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards (ES6+, Redux, Hooks).
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- State Management: Deep understanding of Redux, Context API, or similar state management solutions.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), build tools (Webpack/Vite), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
