Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise clients in Phoenix and New York markets
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing to create localized campaigns for target regions
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Mentor junior sales associates on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record
- Strong understanding of Phoenix and New York business landscapes
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel between Phoenix and New York (quarterly)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
