Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise clients across Georgia and Florida
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing to identify new market opportunities
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports
- Mentor junior sales representatives on best practices
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to expand network
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience or proven track record in customer-facing roles
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to travel 25% of time across Georgia and Florida
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
