Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, forward-looking SEO strategy aligned with 2026 digital trends and algorithmic shifts.
- Lead the integration of AI tools and natural language processing to enhance content discoverability and user intent matching.
- Oversee the technical architecture of the website, ensuring zero-block architecture, schema markup implementation, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build scalable data pipelines for SEO performance tracking and predictive modeling.
- Conduct deep-dive audits to identify technical debt and opportunities for crawl budget optimization across complex domains.
- Mentor junior SEO specialists and establish best practices for content strategy and off-page link building.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Technical SEO and Digital Strategy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep understanding of search engine mechanics, including the impact of AI Overviews and Knowledge Graphs on ranking factors.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
- Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals to perform on-page optimizations.
