- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site performance issues, including site speed, crawlability, and indexation.
- Develop and execute high-level content strategies that align with user intent and search engine algorithms.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (PPC) alongside organic efforts to maximize ROI.
- Lead a team of junior marketers and content creators to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality output.
- Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and emerging industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing with a track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external presentations.
- Experience managing budgets and forecasting ROI.
