Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Oversee technical website audits to ensure optimal crawlability, site speed, and indexing by major search engines.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve organic rankings and visibility.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize landing pages and blog content for high-value keywords and user intent.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Link Building: Build high-quality backlink profiles through white-hat outreach and partnership development.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitive research to identify new opportunities and threats in the market landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic for mid-sized to enterprise-level websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side SEO (HTTP status codes, robots.txt, sitemaps).
- Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
