Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to client websites.
- Manage full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering and data science roles, ensuring top-tier talent acquisition.
- Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Optimize website architecture and on-page content for maximum SEO performance.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and track key metrics.
- Monitor industry trends to keep our recruitment strategies and SEO techniques cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of technical recruiting in the IT sector.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
