Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement structural changes to improve site performance and crawlability.
- Lead the strategy for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-powered search indexing.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify market trends and optimize keyword strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content is optimized for both users and search algorithms.
- Manage and execute high-impact link-building campaigns using white-hat techniques and digital PR.
- Monitor search algorithm updates and proactively adapt strategies to maintain ranking stability.
- Develop and mentor junior marketing team members on SEO best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a specific focus on technical SEO and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and advanced SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for on-page optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
