Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Contribute to DevOps automation and CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovation opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience without degree)
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready enterprise applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system design capabilities
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience with Jira/Confluence
