Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead Kubernetes orchestration and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Champion DevOps best practices across engineering organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production software development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with modern frameworks
- Deep AWS/GCP certification (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Proven track record with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Strong system design skills for high-traffic applications
- Experience mentoring engineering teams of 5+ developers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
