- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Design and implement microservices architecture for high-traffic applications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and maintain 99.9% uptime
- Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks
- Strong AWS cloud architecture knowledge
- Proven track record of leading technical projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
