Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of high-performance web and mobile applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and technical architecture planning to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical best practices.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks in existing systems to optimize performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in React or Node.js preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
