Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with AWS and Docker
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming
- Collaborate with product owners to define technical roadmaps
- Conduct code reviews and enforce architectural standards
- Troubleshoot complex production issues using distributed tracing
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Java development experience
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record with microservices design patterns
- Strong CI/CD automation skills (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Financial services domain knowledge a plus
