Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS and Jenkins
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Architect cloud-native solutions with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Drive technical debt reduction and performance improvements
- Partner with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in enterprise software development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Proficiency with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects
