Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS and Docker
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to define technical requirements
- Implement robust testing strategies and performance monitoring
- Drive architectural improvements and technology stack evolution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Strong AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) and Kubernetes knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience mentoring development teams
