Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity solutions
- Install and configure workstations and peripherals
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex projects
- Deliver exceptional customer service to 150+ internal users
- Participate in IT asset inventory and lifecycle management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of technical support experience or internship
- Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Michigan driver's license for occasional site visits
