Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance and scalability using Kubernetes and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure production reliability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
