Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, technical architecture discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and tooling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with a deep understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
