Responsibilities
- Architect scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead API development and microservices integration
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with UX designers to optimize user experiences
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of production systems
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
