Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices across the team.
- Participate in architectural planning and technology stack selection.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL databases and ORM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
