Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems across 50+ workstations
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network issues and security protocols
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and implement backup/recovery solutions
- Document IT processes and create training materials for end-users
- Collaborate with vendors to procure and evaluate new technology solutions
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and industry regulations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address technical bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Expertise in Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint security
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication for stakeholder interactions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet SLA deadlines
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and monitoring tools
