Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using AWS Lambda and Docker
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the engineering team
- Optimize application performance and scalability using Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing
- Implement security protocols and compliance measures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring Boot
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of leading full-cycle development projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Certification in AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent
