Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/Azure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment cycles
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives)
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and industry research
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in software development with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Proven track record in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design experience
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
