Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage network security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) solutions
- Provide remote and on-site technical support with SLA adherence
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and migrations
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise systems
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS/Azure certifications required
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Proven experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting capabilities (PowerShell/Bash)
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Valid Florida driver's license for client site visits
