Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design strategies
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative creative environment
- Analyze user behavior data to drive continuous design improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders
- Background in SaaS or e-commerce design preferred
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field
