Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Terraform
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent TechNova at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Strong problem-solving skills and system architecture expertise
