Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Lead code reviews, design sessions, and technical planning meetings to ensure best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and optimize application performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (React, Node.js, Python, or Java preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
