Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using cloud-native architectures
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for development lifecycle
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Optimize system performance and security protocols for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using DevOps practices (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture decision records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Python, Java, Go)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and serverless technologies
- Proven experience with container orchestration and microservices patterns
- Proficiency in testing frameworks and TDD methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
