Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker/Kubernetes
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching strategies
- Lead technical sprint planning and agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech blog publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development with Java and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design aptitude
